1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-calendar day window from your package delivery date to request a formal return. To qualify for a complete refund, returned baby items and playpens must strictly comply with the following criteria:

Items must be entirely unused, clean, and in their unwashed original condition.
Products must be returned within all of their original packaging boxes, including all safety pipes, mesh panel fabrics, links, and product instructions.
Your submission must be accompanied by a receipt or valid digital proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Because premium playards and multi-configuration baby gear are classified as heavy or oversized items, customers are responsible for handling and paying for their own return shipping postage. Standard shipping fees applied to your initial invoice are non-refundable.

📦 Defective or Missing Parts? If your package sustains damage during transport or arrives missing assembly joints, please do not package it back up. Contact us right away at contact@toddletrove.com with your order details and photos so we can dispatch replacement elements to you at no cost.

3. Inspections & Reimbursement Logistics

Once your return parcel arrives back at our boutique processing facility, it will be thoroughly reviewed for quality matching. We will send an email confirmation to notify you that the items have landed and confirm the approval or rejection of your return credit.

Once approved, your refund will execute immediately to your original payment card or method. Processing timelines rely on your bank's policy constraints but generally settle onto your account statement within 5–7 business days.
